What are my Shipping and Delivery options

Restaurant Pickups (in-store)

Restaurant pickups are available for some restaurants that offer this facility. You can place the order, make the payment on our app (iOS and Android) and use the order reference to pick up your order at the restaurant. Pick-ups are available as per in-app messages.

Shipping

We offer various shipping options. We always use a third party Delivery partner service in order to service your food delivery. The costs are actual costs that get passed on to you at the time of finalising the payment.

Delivery Interstate

We do not offer interstate delivery options at this stage. This will be a feature that we may introduce in the future.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We will provide the delivery partner contact information via the app (iOS and Android), which you may use to contact them directly. If you need further assistance, you may use the Live Chat function provided within our app (iOS and Android) to contact our support staff.
